Applications for Fall enrollment open on January 1, 2026. Following the winter enrollment season (January–March), we offer rolling admissions when space is available.

Application Timeline
Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year will open on January 1, 2026. and are accepted year-round as space allows.
Families planning to enroll for the upcoming fall school year may begin submitting applications in January.
Assessment testing is typically scheduled in late February and first round of applicants are assessed through March.
Completed applications are reviewed and prioritized in the order they are received, once all requirements are met. We encourage families to apply early, as space may be limited.

Admission Requirements by Grade
Transitional Kindergarten (TK)
Transitional Kindergarten is part of St. Catherine Labouré School and is a full day program from 7:55am-3:15pm Mon-Thur and 7:55am-12:45pm Fridays.
Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program offers a nurturing, full day program from 7:55am-3:15pm Mon-Thur and 7:55am-12:45pm Fridays designed to build strong academic and social foundations.
Grade 1
Grade 2-8
Transitional Kindergarten is part of St. Catherine Labouré School and is a full day program from 7:55am-3:15pm Mon-Thur and 7:55am-12:45pm Fridays.
- Applicants must be 4 years of age by September 1
- A Readiness Assessment Test is required for enrollment to determine social and physical age appropriate readiness
Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program offers a nurturing, full day program from 7:55am-3:15pm Mon-Thur and 7:55am-12:45pm Fridays designed to build strong academic and social foundations.
- Applicants must be 5 years of age by September 1st
- Students will be required to take a Kindergarten Assessment Test to determine school readiness
Grade 1
- Applicants must be 6 years of age by September 1st
- Students will be required to take a 1st Grade Assessment Test to determine school readiness
- Submit most recent report card, if applicable
Grade 2-8
- Applicants must meet age requirements by September 1st
- Submit student's most recent report card for review
- Students will be required to take an Academic Assessment Test
- If you are enrolling from another Catholic school and have student's STAR test results, this may be submitted in lieu of testing (please note, must be STAR/Renaissance test)
Application & Assessment Process
Once you submit the online application, you will be guided to the next steps, including:
- A link to scheduling your child’s assessment
- Submitting the application fee (please refer to the Tuition page for fees)
Acceptance & Enrollment
Families who are offered admission will be asked to:
Submitting all documents ensures a smooth and timely enrollment process. Students cannot be assigned a classroom until all documents have been submitted.
- Submit a non-refundable registration fee per student within one week as an intent to enroll (See Tuition page for details). This registration fee confirms your child’s space in the accepted grade.
- Student’s birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
- Student's Report of Health Exam Form completed by a physician (for students entering elementary school for the first time)
- Current immunization records (per California Department of Health Services)
- First Communion certificate (if Catholic and entering above 2nd grade)
- A signed Archdiocese " Adults Interacting with Minors Guidelines" document (Spanish version available here)
Submitting all documents ensures a smooth and timely enrollment process. Students cannot be assigned a classroom until all documents have been submitted.
Admission Priority
Students are considered for admission in the following order:
- Academic and social readiness
- Registered and active parishioner at St. Catherine Labouré Church
- Siblings of a student already enrolled in St. Catherine Labouré School
- Catholics registered at other Parishes
- Non-Catholics
