Admission Procedure
- All families interested in enrolling their child should consider visiting our school first. To schedule a tour, please contact the preschool directly at [email protected] or (310) 755-8604.
- Following your visit, you may download, complete and submit the preschool application packet found here.
- Once your Admission Packet is submitted, our administrators will review all forms and determine preschool readiness.
- Accepted families will be required to submit a non-refundable registration fee. This registration fee holds you space in the program. For current rates, please refer to our Preschool Tuition and Fees page here.
- Upon enrollment, families will need to create a Blackbaud account for tuition management.
NOTE: A submitted Application Inquiry does not mean that your child has been accepted. You will be called and informed whether or not your child has been accepted. Registration Fees are not collected until your child’s acceptance has been determined.
For your enrollment to be complete , you must submit the following prior to your child(ren)'s start date:
- Application forms
- Notification of Personal Rights (LIC 613)
- Consent for Medical Treatment (LIC 627)
- Identification and Emergency Information (LIC 700)
- Child’s Physician’s Report (LIC 701)
- Child’s Pre-admission Health History (LIC 702)
- Notification of Parent’s Rights (LIC 995)
- Your child’s Immunization Record
- Your child’s Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-refundable registration fee
ALL FORMS ARE TO BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND SUBMITTED PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO THE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM.
