Application day for the next school year is always the first Sunday in March from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. After that date applications will be accepted in the school office.
- Please download the Application Package from this website or obtain the package from the School Office.
- Return the completed package to the school office with:
- Birth Certificate
- If applicable, Baptismal Certificate and, if older, First Communion Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of academic performance, conduct, and effort for students entering grades 1 through 8 or are re-interring St. Catherine’s
- Application Form with all spaces completed
- Testing Fee: Grades 2-8 -$35, Grades K and 1 - $45
- Readiness Screening:
You will receive an appointment time for testing after the Application Package is returned to the school office.
